Designed for the macOS and Windows desktop operating systems, once installed and configured, all files in the Safebyt Virtual Folder are protected automatically. Accessing secured data is as easy as a double click. With Safebyt™ you share in all the advantages of the cloud, with the benefit of full content protection.
INSTALLATION & SETUP SIMPLIFIED
Safebyt™ requires a minimum of two cloud accounts to be connected before accepting files to be secured. The system currently supports the following cloud storage providers: Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, Microsoft OneDrive and Amazon Cloud.
During installation, the Safebyt Virtual Folder will be created in the main directory of the C: drive. Start the application by signing in and begin adding files to be secured. The system automatically starts the synching process to the Cloud, no user action is needed. Users are encouraged to always upload data through the Safebyt™ application.
Status Window Bar
The Status Button offers a shortcut to the Safebyt application with easy access to the Virtual Folder, Dashboard and a quick view of most recent files secured and uploaded to the Cloud.
Protection On the Go
Open any protected file from the Virtual Folder, make your changes and save. Safebyt automatically secures and uploads content to the Cloud – no user action is needed.
Drag & Drop
With the Drag and Drop functionality, Safebyt users also have the option to simply drag their files directly into the Safebyt Dashboard, making it easier to visualize the documents stored in the software.
